Week 20 Playoffs: Free at last to eat meatballs

Demo made Meatballs and macaroni. The Giants beat the Packers to advance to Super Bowl. Kank was not not driving. We learned that dalmations make good companions to horses and Merkle recommends Yoga.

Ed could not watch Charlie's Angels without thinking of his mom.

Week 19 Playoffs: HEDGECOCK BLOCK

Anna sought pain relief on the eve of her 30th birthday.

The Giants upset the Cowboys thanks to a Madison Hedgecock Block.

We ordered two pizzas:
One pizza: 1/3 anchovies, 17% pepperoni, half plain
The other pizza: 1/14 buffalo chicken, 3/7 extra cheese, half plain

A discussion of the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders led to reviews of the Made for TV Movie starring Bucky Dent.

Also, from the 1981 TV Movie "The Harlem Globetrotters on Gilligan's Island" PLOT: The famous Harlem Globetrotters crash land on Gilligans Island, immediately dispatching a terrifying 'shark' by throwing basketballs at it. A mad doctor and his accomplice plan to take over the island for its rich energy supply by scaring off Gilligan and his buddies, but it soon settles to a basketball match between the doctors robots and the aforementioned Globetrotters

Week 18 Playoffs: string of poloponies

The first week of the playoffs was short on attendance but long on laughs. Reminisced about the Honeymooners and Ed's life in the aspirancy program. We had chicken wings and played Jenga. The Super Bowl party is still on. Boxes still remain. Event will be a masquerade party or a black tie affair or not.

Week 17: Chug Contest, Yo-yo and Patricia

The last week of the regular season was irregular. A ghost from Christmas past returned (see Patricia below), oldkank challenged Demo to a Chug contest, Tokyo Rob rocked the cradle, we watched a mesmerizing HDTV aquarium and played the universally fun game of "let's see how long we can keep a beach ball in the air".

The chug contest began when Demo requested that we "get rid of" a 23 oz. bottle of Colt 45. Kank then accepted the challenge of consuming the beverage in less than one minute. He was up to the task as he completed the act in 37 seconds. He celebrated and claimed that he earned a T-shirt that should read "23 in 37". After his "lover" confidently exclaimed that "there is not another person in this room that could do that" and some urging from the throng, Demo responded with chugging 24 oz of Bud Light in 23 seconds. It is worth noting that neither participant became ill.
