Week 2 Recap: Fear the Beard

Demo Nation met again at Louise and Jerrys while not everyone was sure where to go.

Soon after Revis left the game with an injury and a day after the commissioner ruled that the Jets locker room behavior was unprofessional, Braylon Edwards and his beard punked the Patriots for the first Jets touchdown of the season. In reaction, JOE NAMATH TWITTED: Been so long since Edwards scored he forgot how to behave properly.

"It's more than just a beard" T-Shirts are available at Braylon Edwards' Official Website.

There was also the welcome return of Fatty and his beard who initially thought that Regan and his beard was Rich K.

Also, Jets win 28-14 and a day after the game Braylon Edwards was arrested on a DWI charge.

"Let Your Love Flow" was played in celebration.

Week 1 Recap: American Idiots

Opening Night was highlighted by the return of J-E-S-S Jess, Jess, Jess, free pizza, and an appearance by "Boos"-er who was celebrating his 21st birthday. The Shoemakers were there. Also, the Jets lost 10-9 to the Ravens. O-Man was there but the Jets "O" never showed up creating a "Situation" for the Jets Defense and Special Teams. Green Day and the Cast of the Broadway Musical "American Idiot" performed at the half. Rich Kaht was there who I have known for just about "10 years" now.

In other news, The Jets were accused of sexually harassing a female reporter (pictured left) in the locker room.

Also, Joe Namath twitters: "That's disgusting. You need 10 yards for a first down and you complete a 9 yard out"

Next game: the Pats visit the Jets on Sunday at 4-ish.

2010 AFC Championship

Demo Nation was in New Orleans as the Jets (without Brett Favre) lost to the Colts while the Vikings (with Brett Favre) fell to the Saints. Who 'dat gonna pass out on the sidewalk? Who 'dat?

"High" Expectations

The Jets and Demo Nation are headed into the 2010 Season with the highest expectations since 1999 with New Jets, a New Stadium and Rex Ryan weight loss surgery.

Coming off a AFC Conference Championship Loss (in New Orleans) the Jets added future Hall of Famers LT and Jason Taylor and not-so-much future Hall of Famers PK Nick Folk and Back-up QB Mark Brunell.

In Week 1 the Jets will square off against the Ravens at the New Meadowlands Stadium on Monday Night Football.
