The first item of business was to consider collecting membership dues.

Here's how it would work: Everyone contributes a fixed amount every week. At the end of the year, we would gamble it. Perhaps, participate in one of the $1000 a box Super Bowl Pools. With the winnings, we would buy 503 Monroe.
OR
We could start our own corporation and obviously, since we are incorporated we could steal everyone’s pension fund.

If neither idea works, we would start a cemetery and all be buried or cremated at 503.

Job opening: Stenographer needed to memorialize our hilarity. (I can't remember anything else)
